Definitions

Website refers to all online information found on Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC website pages, including but not limited to www.obsessedpickleballers.com.

Customer, “You”, or “Yours” refers to you and/or any individual placing an order or booking with Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC.

Company, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC.

Product refers to all event tickets offered by Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC.

Order refers to a request placed by the Customer, either through the website, phone, or email, to purchase any product or service from Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC.

Services refer to all offerings provided by Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC, including but not limited to live camps, workshops, and authorized SMS communication related to updates, events, and promotions.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 5 business days before an event may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 4 days of the event.

Confidentiality

Customer information is treated as confidential. Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC will never share personal or contact information with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Participation in events or training programs

Delays, interruptions, or issues in SMS communications

We make no guarantees of specific performance or improvement outcomes. Use our programs responsibly and at your own discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Modifications to Terms

Dink&Rise Pickleball LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
