3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the Site working properly and remember your preferences.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and which pages and camps attract interest.
  • Measure and improve the performance of our advertising.

We currently use or may use tools including Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may set their own cookies and may receive information about your activity on our Site. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the Site from functioning correctly. Where required by law we will obtain your consent before setting non essential cookies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Providers who perform services for us, such as website hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, e signature, scheduling and registration platforms, analytics, advertising, and customer support.
  • Coaches and venues. Where necessary to deliver a camp, we share limited information, such as a camper roster with names and any safety related information a coach or venue needs, and our coaches’ and venues’ contact and insurance details with each other.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. We share identifiers, device information, and activity data with advertising and analytics partners, which may be treated as “sharing” for cross context behavioral advertising under some state laws. See Sections 12 and 13 for your choices.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, and auditors.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, safety, or property, or investigate fraud or misuse.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments are processed by third party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Refunds and credits are handled according to our published refund policy and the terms presented at checkout. Refund eligibility is generally assessed based on the number of days before the camp date on which you cancel.

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.

Our camps and the Site are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a camp or session is offered for junior players, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information on the child’s behalf and consents to it.
