Meet Coach Sarah Mitchell
Nine years coaching, fourteen years playing, and a court full of women who came for the game and stayed for the community- that’s Sarah’s camp in a nutshell.
She’ll tell you straight: a loud “mine!” and a partner who trusts you win more points than a killer serve ever will. Her sessions run on communication first, technique second; two players talking beats one player guessing, every time.
Expect plenty of laughter, a few new numbers saved in your phone by the end, and drills that sharpen your game without ever feeling like a lecture.
Those experiences have shaped the way I coach today.
Whether you want to improve your fitness, develop your skills, compete in tournaments, improve your DUPR, or simply have more fun on the court… I’ll help you play with confidence and consistency while preventing injuries.
Players who train with me experience complete game transformations.
They win through intelligent positioning and shot selection, not exhausting power.
They understand the mental game.
They play multiple times a week with energy.
They build lasting friendships while improving their game together.

WHY SMART DRILLING WORKS SO WELL FOR SENIORS
Most intermediate sessions push players too hard, too fast, and send them home tired instead of energized.
I’m different.
Here’s my philosophy: Purposeful Drilling = Lasting Improvement
You don’t get better by doing more. You get better by doing the right things, correctly, at a pace that works for your body, with a coach who has spent decades in competitive racquet sports and understands exactly what creates improvement for senior players without burning them out.
And here’s what I’ve seen time and time again coaching senior players:
That moment when you adjust your paddle angle and suddenly your third shot lands right where you aimed it.
That quiet satisfaction when your serve goes in – consistently, every time.
That feeling of rallying back and forth at the kitchen with real control – not scrambling, not guessing. Just playing.
You don’t need to work harder to feel that improvement. You need to work smarter. Right there on the court. Every session.
That’s why purposeful, paced drilling is at the heart of everything I do with this group.
